This is from the 80's.There is a handle on the back of his collar and you slide it to the right or left to turn the head in that direction.It's in good condition,with no holes or tears on it.It could use some cleaning up on the plastic body,but overall in good condition.
This doggy used to come with a sponge bone, and was made by the Ideal Toy Company. Ideal Toy Company was founded as Ideal Novelty and Toy Company in New York in 1907 by Morris and Rose Michtom after they had invented the Teddy bear in 1903. The company changed its name to Ideal Toy Company in 1938. In 1982, the company was sold to CBS Toy Company, which itself closed down.
